Module 1： Joshua
In this Module we will start laying the foundation for your mastery of the language you are learning. Layer upon layer upon layer. Language learning progress needs to be measured in thousands, tens of thousands, millions. These are the numbers of words you need to be exposed to in order to reach mastery. We will give you continuous feedback regarding the number of words that will be passing through your brain.
We start our study with Joshua chapter one. For two reasons. One, we are working with narrative, in other words a story is being told. Narrative style language is some of the easiest language to start learning with. Two, unlike some other narratives in the Bible this one does not start with too many place names; learning place names is not important at this point in your journey.
